According to your design requirements, adjust the mixing ratio of raw materials to get the best polyurethane foaming agent, and prepare raw materials such as catalysts, active agents, release agents, and other equipment such as foaming machines, mixers, and scales.
The molten polyurethane material is injected into the mold, then cured and molded under a certain temperature and pressure. After it cools, the one-piece PU Product is obtained.
Trim the edges and surfaces of the products, and also recycle the unqualified products. For some products with special requirements, grain treatment or pattern printing is carried out.
