According to your requirements, design the size, hardness, and weight range of the Foam Ball, logo markings, and debug colors. Finally, make the corresponding mold.
Voorbereiding
Pas volgens uw ontwerpvereisten de mengverhouding van grondstoffen aan om het beste polyurethaanschuimmiddel te krijgen, bereid grondstoffen voor zoals katalysator, actief middel, kleurstof, losmiddel en andere apparatuur zoals schuimmachine, mixer en weegschaal.
Productie
The molten polyurethane material is injected into the mold, then cured and molded under a certain temperature and pressure. After it cools, the one-piece Foam Ball is obtained.
Trimmen & Kwaliteitscontrole
Het bijsnijden van de randen en oppervlakken van de producten, evenals het recyclen van de producten die niet aan de eisen voldoen. Voor sommige producten met speciale vereisten, moet een logo of patroon worden afgedrukt.
Verpakking & Verzenden
