Design
According to your requirements, design the size, hardness, and weight range of the Flying Disc, logo markings, and debug colors. Finally, make the corresponding mold.
Preparation
According to your design requirements, adjust the mixing ratio of raw materials to get the best polyurethane foaming agent, prepare raw materials such as catalyst, active agent, dyeing agent, release agent and other equipment such as foaming machine, mixer and scale.
Production
The molten polyurethane material is injected into the mold, then cured and molded under a certain temperature and pressure. After it cools, the one-piece Disc is obtained.
Trimming & Quality Control
Trimming the edges and surfaces of the products, as well as recycling the products that do not meet the requirements. For some products with special requirements, need to print a logo or pattern.
Packaging & Shipping
The instructions or other accessories and products are packaged in unison as required, and of course, you can specify the packaging method and design. After packing for shipment, the available shipping methods are land, sea, and air (depending on the destination).
